Give 3 meals ,2 snacks include all seasonal fruits,vegetables,leafy vegetables ,pulses, grains,millets,milk and diary products in regular diet to meet required nutrition. Plan a meal baby must get calcium(diary products,protein(pulses,diary,egg,meat ),fibre(fruits, vegetables ) source in every meal .
