once baby completes 6 months, you can start with weaning foods like rice water, dal water, porridge, fruit puree, vegetables puree, smashed banana / chikko, boiled and smashed potato, homemade cerelac etc along with breastfeeding.
slowly introduce any food and check if any discomfort, allergy or intolerance.
feed on regular intervals after 2 hours
maintain good hygiene
avoid force feeding and overfeeding.
