You should give all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg food. Use ghee to prepare baby’s food. Add nuts like almonds, peanuts, cashew nuts, walnuts and dry fruits like dates to baby’s food. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
