#asktheexpert which food is good for weight gain to my one and half year old baby boy.

A. if you are concerned about the wait gain of your child you should give a full diet with all kinds of green vegetables fresh fruits dairy products and also give plenty of liquids

A. For healthy weight gain of the baby, include fat and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, chicken, fish, egg, legumes, banana, milkshakes with dry fruits, avocado, paneer, ghee and 550-650 ml milk everyday alongwith variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, coconut water and buttermilk. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks.
