Seema shekharMom of 2 children4 years agoA. since your baby is now 4 yeat so you can give all type of food you eat give proper three family meal 2 to 3 types of healthy snacks fruit veggies. if you restrict your child for few food then its not good so please give whatever healthy foid you eat.
