you have to give 500 ml milk everyday and you can either give milk or milk products but the amount should be total of 500 ml
you have to give at least one and half katori rice and one katori dal everyday.

you have to give at least one anzd half katori wheat/roti products to the child everyday.
you have to give at least two fruits everyday
you can go for different recipes and flavours according to your local zdelicacies and diets.
you can add ghee as well as dry fruits to the diet.
