Boost the immunity from inside as it would lead to better result
Include more fruits and vegetables in the diet atleast 2 fruits per day
Include nuts and seeds in the diet like almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds
Reduce sugar and sugary drinks and packegrd good time
Include ginger garlic turmeric tulsi in the diet for their anti viral anti biotic and immunity boosting powder
Include eggs too

Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
