Salted lemon juice/one salt biscuit, or salted buttermilk helps during low BP bouts. Have vegetable soup, fruits like banana, kiwi, avocado, spinach in your regular diet. Maintain proper posture while sitting. Upon wake up in the morning, drink a glass of water.
