A. Dear ma’am, first step is to eat on time. Do not starve yourself or skip meals. Also if you are prone to excess sweating increase your fluid intake. Salted lemon juice/one salt biscuit, or salted buttermilk helps during low BP bouts. Have vegetable soup, fruits like banana, kiwi, avocado, spinach in your regular diet. Maintain proper posture while sitting. Upon wake up in the morning, drink a glass of water.

A. hi mom it depends on your overall symptoms, blood parameters and reports avoid packaged foods salty foods avoid adding extra salt in diet like on salads or buttermilk
