give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered.
then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

as a child is one year old,I would advise to give everything which is prepared for home for whole family.
so, make your child sit to take meal with whole family
it will be easy for you to feed your child and encourage him to take everything which you take in your own diet.
