#AskTheExpert which are iron rich foods for my three year old kid.which chocolate powder r bournvita like can b added to milk

A. fruits like pomegranate, apple, raspberry, strawberry, kiwi, banana. Veggies like moringa leaves, Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable. Dried apricots, figs, raisins and prunes. Are also good source of iron. no commercial heal drink please

A. good morning I would recommend you to try using junior horlicks for your child alternatively you can also go for complan this will help to make sure that the child is able to develop a good height also
