#AskTheExpert whenever I give formula milk to my 3months old son, he vomits a lot. I have tried different brands like dexolac1 & nan excella pro 1 but same thing happens. His health detoriates when he vomits.

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 3 months old and if he doesn’t tolerate formula milk then it’s very better you should try goats milk which is healthy and easier for digestion

usually it is normal among young babies to spit up milk in curdy consistency with slow flow.
so please offer small and frequent feeds.
keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding.
if your child takes bottle feeding then use anti colic bottle with slow flow nipple
burp your baby on your shoulder in upright position after each feeding for 10 to 15 minutes.
maintain good hygiene.
