You can now start with all the foods that family eats . try to give foods like dal rice, khichadi, boiled egg, chapati sabji dal. fruit smoothie, banana, date ladoo, chickoo, chickoo, upma , idli sambhar , paratha sabji with dahi.

Start with one solid or semi solid meal per day and then increase gradually. Breast feed or formula feed as before. Give sips of water in between meals. You can give rice Ka Pani or Dal Ka Pani or rice porridge or ragi porridge or any one fruit puree or mashed banana or stewed apple or any one vegetable puree or clear vegetable soup.
