#asktheexpert when to start cow milk to my 12 month baby girl and how much quantity we can give ?and which time is better to give?

You should stick to 500 ML per day and you can start giving by adding 20 to 30% of water into the milk that you give as it is easy and light for the child to digest that is how you can start giving it to the child twice or thrice in the day along with breastfeeding
