#asktheexpert when should I start with cow milk .. and what will be the process of giving that .. what if my baby gets constipated.. please guide

A. Animal milk can be started after completing the time of 12 months to begin with you should add about 20 to 30% of water into that there is a child is able to digest then that’s good otherwise if the child has constipation or lose motions then you should stop giving it then you can probably try shifting to Amul Taaza
