#AskTheExpert When should I introduce cow milk to my infant he is 10month15 days old . I am serving him curd. And want to know when to introduce cow milk. And also wanna know which brand will be best suited. As in my location I am not able to get any trusted vendor.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. cow milk is much better after one year of age. can give curd, paneer, cheese, buttermilk, ghee to ur baby. till 1 yr continue feeding fm or bm.
