#asktheexpert when shall I be worried about my baby's spit up after feeding.. he usually did not spit but from last 5-6 days he is spitting a few times after feed..am giving him expressed breast milk..

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. baby spits out after feeding this is common in babies and of reflux action always burp after feed don't immediately put the baby on bed after feed give small feeds maintain gap between feeds
