A. Hello mom Once you baby turn seven months old and you can start giving solids and water to your baby. In start in few days give everything in a fluids form. Like Dal Ka Paani, rice water, vegetable soup, fruit puree. And with a time you can increase the food item in babies regular diet plan Happy parenting Happy 😊
