#asktheexpert when I can i add sweetener and salt in babys meal and can i give two teaspoons of cows milk along with water

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. dear Mum, salt can be added to your baby's food only after completion of 1 year. you can add little amount of sugar. breast milk should be the primary source of milk till 1 year
