Dt Ritu PuriGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hi yes it is a problem.. if ignored milk can go to wind pipe aswel. prefer to feed baby in sitting position only for safety n better digestibility. and also keep baby's head elevated while feeding

If It’s coming out of nose then there is a possibility that it can slip into the ear of your child also which can cause year infection so please avoid feeding your child into the lying down position I firmly believe that sitting position would be best to go for
