ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. animal's milk after 1 yr, dayes u can mash and give, If your baby is facing constipation issues you need to increase the fibre intake and keep your baby well hydrated and include dates prunes chiku and other fruits which are rich source of fibre in the diet and provide some physical activity as well

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello mama as far as dates are concern initially you are supposed to give date syrup to the child because baby will not able to swallow or digest the dates directly that do should be given after completing 8 months and cow milk should be given after completing one year
