Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Regarding Speech Baby usually start mono syllable by 6 to 7 months of age then by syllable words come by 9 to 10 months of age
then by 12 to 14 months of age baby say two to three words followed by jargon speech at 15-16 months .
child can start saying simple sentences by two years of age .
just make the child comfortable and do more interaction with the child so that he can learn to speak sentences properly.
if the speech dnoes not comes even by three years of age you need to consult your doctor for a proper assesxsment of the child .

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. After The age of 9 to 10 months they start saying little bit of word slowly gradually the more they pick up their language becomes better but mostly they said after the age of 2 1/2 to 3 years only we can expect the child to start talking quite a lot
