shreya goelMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello Mom Now you baby seven months old and it is totally fine to start giving egg to your baby regularly. It is very healthy but you should avoid giving fish for now. You have to wait till you baby. Don’t one year old then only you can start giving it to your baby till the time we should take at least four meals in a day
