Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Semi solids and water should be given only after 6 months completion. Till then the baby should be either exclusively breastfed or formula fed only. Occasional spits after feeding is normal in small babies. Continue breastfeeding and burp your baby after every feed,
