NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello you should exclusively breastfeed your baby till the baby complete 6 months and if the breastmilk is not sufficient then you can be giving your child infant formula milk and nothing else till the baby complete 6 months as baby cannot digest it
