A. 6 month after delivery. It is advisable to start with the exercise routine only after 6 months of delivery. You need to consult your doctor before you get on any routin e, take healthy diet

A. Hi mommy
Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
