A. If You had a normal delivery then after about 60 days you can start doing normal exercising because the stitches in normal delivery are healed by that much of times you can go for normal exercising but if you had a C-section then after six months you can do basic exercising in about 8 to 9 months of delivery when your stitches completely heal you can go for a proper workout
