#asktheexpert when baby can control head holding comletely and when can we introudce Rice to baby ? At what age (which month)

A. Namaste Mom, initiallz as you notice this which can be around 5 month of age , it is good to introduce the baby to weaning foods were in initially you can start with liquid consistency foods and gradually from 6 months solids such as rice can be introduced
