Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy9 months agoA. Hai good morning !! Until one year Vitamin D3 drops are suggested for infants . Breast milk contains all nutrients Vitamins& minerals except Vitamin D also infants mostly rests in a room Vitamin D3 supplement is must. Expose baby to sunlight daily 6 am-10 am and evenings as Sunlight is the best source for Vitamin D.
