Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. as food for the baby you can give all kind of seasonal fruits and vegetables. you can give Apple everyday .can also give mango , pomegranate,papaya and banana according to the season and requirement . avoid giving banana excessively and daily otherwise it may cause constipation. you can also give rice preparations oatmeals curd preparationsband daliya. it will be better if you are able to give dairy products daily apart from milk. refrigerated and packed foods should be avoided, junk foods should also be avoided. if you will give excessive of milk to the child the hunger may get satisfied by that and thke child may not be interested in having other variety of food. over all you need to see that you are giving a balanced diet to your child with proper fulfillment of nutritional and energy requiremeasnts according to the age

At This age you can introduce egg yellow chicken and fish to the child if you require to also going to tell you that what you started from the age of seven months you have to give the same up till the age of 10 months after 10 months you can introduce wheat items like roti and Paratha also
