Include 2 fruits per day
2-3 katori of vegetables per day
Include dry fruits specially almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds and chia seeds in the diet
Milk, paneer curd, eggs, sprouts yeh bhi include kare
Biscuits, bread, junk food iska use kam kare

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please give your baby all home made food which you are making for other family members and also add eggs chicken fish ragi porridge soaked nuts fresh fruits and vegetables and dairy products in baby diet.
