A. hi it is better to offer light food like Khichdi ,rice ,upma , fruits etc whenerver a child is sick please keep Breastfeeding your child as per his or her needs,it contains antibodies which help your child to fight against viral or bacterial infections keep your child well hydrated. please don't force feed or overfeed your child.
