A. ypu you can give dal egg rice. you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatmentIn such cases you can talk to a doctor and get some blood tests done to reach to a conclusion

A. _ You can give three complte family meal milk intake should be not more than 875 ml. add paneer, ghee ,butter fresh curd, coconut water 2 to 3 types of fruit daily 1 or 2 homemade finger snacks.onernight soaked nuts.
