I I’m not sure as to when did you have your delivery you have not mentioned anything clearly in your question so I would say that for 40 days to 60 days you should have mild spices have green vegetables pulses avoid having any kind of heavy food and spicy food and for six months after delivery you should try to have mild spices you can have everything after 60 days but spices should be made
