A. Teething can happen anywhere between by 9 months to 15 months and almost every baby get all their teeth by the age of 3 years heaviness in the head swollen and hard gums crankiness in the behaviour of the baby loss of appetite is normal in the babies while teething so just offer your baby teethers like gel or water teether give massage on your babies gums with clean fingers give massage with warm oil on his head forehead and his feet it will relax him you can also go for homeopathic medicine for smooth teething
