A. Hello , your baby boy is 4 months old and he is having wheezing sounds from his chest so give him syrup Ascoril Ls 1.2 ml three times a day and steam inhalation

A. this is normal for the baby to make some sound during sleeping it is due to the soft tissue as baby is having and they move while baby is breathing .
