A. dear parent, to improve your child's haemoglobin, give iron rich foods. If non veg then give organ meat, fish, poultry. Green leafy vegetables especially rajgira, shepu, spring onion, other greens. Beet root, sitaphal. Dry fruits like dates, black currant munnakka, prunes, figs as it is or soaked overnight. In grains Bajra, poha is good. Give whole pulses like kala chana, beans, rajma, sprouted pulses. Give seasonal fruits especially citrus like orange, mousambi, berries, guava, before food for good iron absorption. Squeeze lemon over Dal and sabzi. Black till chikki made with jaggery, peanut chikki. It is necessary to give deworming to child after consulting doctor to improve haemoglobin.
