#AskTheExpert What sugar substitutes can be given to babies below 1 year of age so that the food does not taste bland. Also can a whole egg be given to babies or only egg white/egg yolk?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and you can add some jaggery powder in baby food and it is safe for baby and also give baby a whole egg at this age and give in small amount and if suits then increase the amount. Take care
