A. Rice / Ragi Porridge, boiled and smashed vegetables and fruits like apple banana and papaya after 8 month khichadi/idly or dhal rice along with veggies and fruits

You can start with Suji ka Kheer Upma and Halwa Dal and rice water followed by ragi and oats can be given you can start with fruits and vegetables purée these are also a good option to start with a lot of people prefer starting with Dal and rice water at its very easy and light for your childhood digest
