It’s Actually not at six months it is seven months you know when the seven month starts that’s the right time for you to start with it so please do not get confused and started at the right time you can go for Dal rice water all kind of vegetable and fruit purée you can make you can lose all green leafy vegetables beetroot and all those things whatever you want to and slowly you can shift to porridge and khichadi you can make a sooji items also which are running like oh my doll and dairy items like product Paneer cheese and curd also you can do but make sure when you start semisolid you do give good amount of water because it helps it helps a lot in healthy digestion and smooth motion
