It’s All kind of Sumz you can give full of vegetables you can give all good amount of vegetable purée fruits you can give mashed banana potato and sweet potato in the same form boil it and then you can just smash it and give it to the child also you can give item is made out of Suji different items of quinoa and ragi and oats also is a healthy option
