#asktheexpert what shud be the milk quantity for 1 year old. Having 1 khichri, boiled veggies, 3 veg cutlets, half apple and 1 banana during the day. What shud be the ratio of cow milk vs formula milk during the day

Maximum 500 ML including breastfeeding if you can manage that way because the child should focus on eating more of food over milk and you should give all the foods whatever has been traditionally made at your home for your entire family that’s the best to be given
