A. hello parent your kid is one month old the height of the child is determined by the genetics of the parents it is better to involve the child in in playful activities like skipping and jumping and outdoor games like basketball volleyball during growth spurt age at 8-12 yrs age

A. Hello dear parent! For the first 6 months the baby should be either exclusively breastfed or formula fed only. Both the breastmilk and formula milk will suffice the hydration and nutrition requirements of the child. Semi solids and water can be given only after 6 months completion. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
