#asktheexpert what should i include in my babys diet so that his not deficient of calcium ,iron and vitamins

A. Hello good evening ! Milk and diary products rich in protein and calcium (ghee, cheese, butter, curd, paneer). seseme seed, peanuts, dry fruits. Green leafy vegetables, dates, raisins, jaggery ragi rich in Iron. Fruits and vegetables contains rich in fibre, good amount of vitamins and other minerals (Calcium, iron,zinc, potassium). So plan a meal millets/grains based breakfast - Idly, ragi/oats/sooji porridge,roti, cerelac & milk Lunch/dinner - Rice/roti with dal/vegetables/curd,egg/meat. Snacks - Fruits/vegetables salads,dry fruits Ladoo, cerelac, Malts or other snacks (sprouted grains /millets), milk shake, smoothie.
