seseme seed, peanuts, dry fruits.
Green leafy vegetables, dates, raisins, jaggery ragi rich in Iron.
Fruits and vegetables contains rich in fibre, good amount of vitamins and other minerals (Calcium, iron,zinc, potassium).
So plan a meal millets/grains based breakfast - Idly, ragi/oats/sooji porridge,roti, cerelac & milk
Lunch/dinner - Rice/roti with dal/vegetables/curd,egg/meat.
Snacks - Fruits/vegetables salads,dry fruits Ladoo, cerelac, Malts or other snacks (sprouted grains /millets), milk shake, smoothie.
