#asktheexpert What should I give my 2 year old to have more vitamin D and Calcium in her diet apart from supplements because I can't take her out in open Sun due to this pandemic

A. Hello mom actually sunlight is best source even a little sun. Coming inside a window of your home is also enough ..apart from this you get fortified foods with vitamin D and calcium . Other dietary sources are milk and products, dry fruits and nuts , millets like calcium , beans , legumes , seasonal fruits and vegetables
