Include variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables.
At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese.
You can give eggs and non veg foods.
Add dry fruits and nuts to your child’s food.
Add ghee to baby’s food.
