A. A vegetarian diet for a 2.5-year-old Indian child can be balanced and nutritious. Include plenty of fruits, vegetables, lentils, beans, dairy or plant-based milk, whole grains like rice and wheat, and healthy fats like nuts and seeds. Ensure they get enough protein, iron, calcium, and vitamin B12 through a variety of foods. Consulting with a pediatrician or a nutritionist can help tailor the diet to meet the child's specific needs.
