Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. you should try to give three semi solid meals to the child throughout the direct include chapati white rice seasonal vegetable and all along with one katori of curd in the everyday diet you can give things like eggs dry fruits banana seasonal fruits to your child
