Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. it is important to follow the following points and the maximum milk you can give per day is 500 ml and after that you have to give at least One Katori of rice product 1 Katori of Dal product 1 Katori of wheat product and 1 Katori of vegetable everyday to the child and at least two fruits every day to the child and you can make anything any recipe from cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits and by giving this daily you will be providing adequate nutrition to the child
you can I add ghee groundnuts dryfruits in the diet and this will help in improving the weight of the child
the above diet has to be started gradually and not all of a sudden

U Just concentrate on the basic food that is prepared at home on an every day basis whatever it is whether it is all rice or roti ordered a South Indian whatever you are making when it is Idli Dosa what ever you preparing for yourself that is the right kind of food that you should give to the child after the age of one year
