Here's a sample plan for your child -
Ragi kanji/ ragi pancake
Banana
Paneer cheese paratha + curd
Roasted makhana + coconut water
Dal khichdi + ghee
Milk + nuts

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy3 years agoA. Hello good morning !! Give 3 meals and 2 snacks include Fruits and vegetables, leafy vegetables, milk, dairy products,, cereals, dals, egg meat ,dry fruits and nuts for balanced nutritional requirement.
Make sure that baby getting enough Nutrition protein, calcium, iron other minerals in a meal.
Milk, diary products,dry fruits and nuts rich in protein, calcium, probiotics; fruit and vegetables, Leafy vegetables in vitamins and minerals;dals(pulses, legumes ,soya) rich in protein; cereals rich in fibre, minerals,egg , meat are protein rich sources from non vegetarian.
Plan a meal rice, roti with sabji/egg/panner; curd, fruit direct or salads or soups;
Breakfast cereal,millet based breakfast with milk, home made snacks , Fruits as snacks..
