include all the food groups like whole grain and millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, seasonal fruits and vegetables, healthy fats like ghee etc.
avoid processed and
give small and frequent meals
do not force feed

Hi The diet for vegetarian food would be the same the diet that you are following at your home for yourself like you know whatever you prepared for 3 m in the day try to give all those three meals to the child importantly all the food that you are eating yourself is the right vegetarian meal for your child
